FAQ

Question: Do you send out fabric samples?
Answer: Yes we do. Swatches are at no charge -- shipping is standard $3 unless you are requesting a very large amount of samples where it would warrant a higher shipping charge. If so, the charge will be subject to the according USPS postage fees determined by the weight.

Question: What are your minimums? 
Answer: There is a 20 yard minimum per item on most Fabrics. On our narrow band laces, we have a 50 yd minimum. The minimums will be described in the product details of the Fabric where applicable.

Question: Do you sell sample yardage?
Answer: Yes, whenever possible we will sell sample yardage in order to help our clients and their vision for their products.  A small cutting charge may apply and feel free to call our office for further info.

Question: Where are you located? 
Answer: We are located in Linden, NJ - about 25 minutes south of NYC.

Question: What are your hours of operation?
Answer: We are open Monday – Friday. Hours: 9:00am–5pm PST. Between Memorial Day & Labor day we close at 3:00 on Friday.

Question: How soon do you ship out an order once the order has been placed? 
Answer: We normally ship your order within 24 hrs.  For larger orders it may take an extra day for a common carrier to be arranged.

Question:Can you ship outside the U.S.? 
Answer: Yes. We can ship anywhere United Parcel and Federal Express delivers, or we can ship via any freight company you choose. Please call for for further information.

Question: What if I don’t find the fabric that I am looking for online? Do you have other fabrics? 
Answer: Yes. We are always updating our fabric stock. Please feel free to call us @ 908-523-1500 and let us know exactly what you are looking for or you can E-mail us atjason@spandexcorner.com.

Question: Do you take credit cards? 
Answer: Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.  In certain instances PayPal may be used as well.

Question: What is your Return Policy? 
Answer: Return requests are granted within the first 10 days the goods have been received.  Once the goods are cut, we will not accept returns.
