Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Services and Cost

We ship fabrics around the world using a variety of shipping options and delivery methods. If you have a serious deadline that you need to meet, you may select our Express Shipping Options (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Three Day Air). If the order is received before 2 pm EDT (Monday – Friday), will be queued for same day shipment. Please note, our shipping carrier is only effective for delivery during business days (Monday - Friday). If you need to request a Saturday Express Delivery, then please place the order over the phone with a Sales Representative by calling at 908-523-1500. Please also note, Ground Shipping orders may require 24-36 hours processing, and then queued for shipment.

Shipping cost varies and is based on the weight of the fabrics, shipping method used, and the delivery address. Shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process using your shipping address and approximate fabric weight. Sometimes however, actual cost may be significantly different, in which case we will contact you for adjustment. For international shipping please contact our office directly.

Return policy

If, for any reason you wish to return merchandise, you can do so within 10 calendar days from the day you receive the order. Please call our customer support line at 908-523-1500 or email and request for a RPN number to authorize a return. Returns are not acceptable without prior authorization. Please note, damaged items, cut or altered fabrics, anything less than 5 yards and clearance items marked down cannot be returned. Please note that if you choose to return the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

For any defective or damaged fabric sent, Metro Tex Sales will pay the domestic return shipping charge. Original shipping charge however is non-refundable. You will be required to provide us photographic proof of damage. For exchange, you will be required to pay for the second shipment.

For international orders, customers must export to our facility at their own expense.

PLEASE NOTE, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE IF:

  • FABRIC HAS BEEN CUT, ALTERED or DAMAGED.
  • ANY PIECE IS LESS THAN 5 YARDS.
  • CLEARANCE ITEMS.
